1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9ajili website located at https://9ajili.cam, creating a user account, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with any services provided by 9ajili, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 9ajili platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses or interacts with our services in any capacity. 3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 9ajili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9ajili employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method verification.

If multiple accounts are detected, 9ajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void all bets placed through such accounts, and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings attributed to duplicate accounts. Any withdrawals processed through duplicate accounts may be reversed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 9ajili does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may impose its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment processors. 9ajili is not liable for delays or fees imposed by external payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 9ajili platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is performed. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Offers

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may seek resolution through formal legal proceedings in accordance with Philippine law. Nothing in this section shall limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
